猫や犬は人間のペットです。どちらも人間の最良の友です。犬の方が知的に優れているのでしょうか？ それとも猫の方が優れているのでしょうか？

    アメリカ、ブラジル、デンマーク、南アフリカの6つの大学の研究者が調査した科学的な説明によると、知的に優れているのは犬だそうです。それは、犬は猫に比べて大脳皮質の神経細胞の数が約2倍あり、2倍の知能を持っていると考えられるからです。

　私自身の観察と経験に基づけば、犬の方が知的に優れていると思います。ある程度のことはできるし、飼い主の言うことも理解することができます。また、犬は調教が可能です。あなたが犬を訓練すれば、犬はあなたの言うことやしてほしいことを喜んで聞き、従うでしょう。ほとんどの犬は働くことが好きなので、犬は訓練を楽しみます。

　これらのことから、私は犬の方が知的に優れていると言えると思います。

　Cats and dogs are human pets. They are human's best friends. Are dogs intellectually superior? Or is it the cats? 

　In a scientific explanation, based on a search conducted by some researchers from six different universities in U.S, Brazil, Denmark and South Africa, they say that dogs are the ones who are intellectually superior. It is because, dogs have about twice the number of neurons in the cerebral cortexes than what cats have, which suggest they could be twice as intelligent.

　And if we will base it in my own observations and experiences, I can say that dogs are intellectually superior.  They are capable of doing some things and understanding what its owner will say. And also, dogs are trainable. If you train a dog, it will willingly listen and oblige to what you will say or what you want it to do. Dogs enjoy training, because most dogs love to work. 

　Dogs adopt better to change. Unlike cats, cats are sensitive to environment and dislike changes. Most importantly, dogs are capable of protecting you. They are more alert in detecting noises. And whenever they feel trouble, they instinctly protect their owners. And the last thing that I can prove that dogs are intellectually superior is, they are capable of working. I have never seen a cat in a vest working hard to help people, only dogs. And this is because, dogs has the capability of helping and participating in some activities with humans, like helping the military and police. They are capable of participating in search-and-rescue efforts and also able to comfort sick people.
